Community Aged Care Packages (CACP)
Community Aged Care Packages is one of the major services provided by the Elderly Australian Chinese Homes for the frail aged. The target group includes frail older people living in their own homes or rental accommodation. They have complex care needs and would qualify for admission to aged residential care facility but wish to continue to stay in the comfort of their own homes and community while still having the services they need.

Currently EACH is providing services for 35 Chinese clients who are residing in the local government areas of Ashfield, Burwood, Strathfield, Bankstown, Canterbury, Marrickville and Canada Bay.
