Elderly Australian Chinese Homes

Message from the Board

The Elderly Australian Chinese Homes (EACH) co-operative Limited has been in operation since 1987, offering all types of reliable and quality aged care accommodation and services to the Chinese elderly. Our mission, vision and philosophy underpin our strong belief in providing culturally appropriate care to the Chinese elderly with due regard to their rights and wishes.

To cater for the different needs of Chinese elderly arising from the fast growing ageing population, a number of options are available. For elderly who require 24-hour care services, our Castle Hill Aged Care Home offers low-level care, high-level care and dementia care. In the long run, it provides peace of mind to the elderly and their families, saving them the trauma of changing aged care facility and adapting to a new living environment.

For elderly who are currently living in their homes and wish to receive our care services, the Community Aged Care Packages (CACP), also known as home care, is designed to meet the specific everyday needs of the elderly. The Chester Court Cluster Housing also provides accommodation for the Chinese elderly to live independently in a cluster of villas while receiving support from our organisation and other Chinese elderly in the neighborhood.

Thursday Elderly Activities (TEA) is an important service provided by EACH. It is held every Thursday for all Chinese elderly in the community. It helps break social isolation of Chinese elderly who find it difficult to mix in the English-speaking world due to language and cultural barriers. It also provides an opportunity for the elderly participants to have fun, be actively involved in the community and to make friends.

We remain confident that our world class care services and professional dedicated team are well equipped to sustain as a fully diversified aged care service provider.
